- **Position Summary**:_
NCI Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Manager with sales experience in one or more of the industries we service (Commercial and Residential Plumbing and Heating, Industrial, Oil & Gas OEM’s, Fire Protection). This is a permanent, full-time position based in either the lower mainland British Columbia or Edmonton Alberta. The Sales Territory will be determined based on location of residence. We offer a very competitive compensation package comprised of Salary, Commission, a benefits package (after 3 months of employment), as well as an employer matching RRSP program.
**Responsibilities**:
- Become knowledgeable with all our products and Industries we service.
- Visit existing customers in order to review our products and to determine additional opportunities.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and customers.
- Be skilled at determining customers needs and to present our solution to satisfy those needs.
- Keep up to date on market trends, conditions and innovations.
- Work closely with Inside Sales to provide strong customer support.
- Keep Management informed of area activities and issues.
- Organize joint sales calls with your distribution customers.
- Presenting professional demonstrations or presentations of company products.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Experience selling products to the Commercial/Plumbing, Industrial, Oil & Gas or Fire Protection Markets.
- Ability to travel - overnight travel as required.
- Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to prospect new accounts.
- Able to work independently.
- Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Previous experience managing distribution customers.
