**Responsibilities**:

- Intake and handling of consumer complaints.
- Facilitate communication between consumers and businesses in an effort to help both parties reach a mutually satisfactory outcome.
- Act as a neutral third party in facilitating BBB dispute resolution processes in accordance with BBB policies and practices.
- Answer questions about the process and provide helpful information and suggestions to both parties.
- Coach both businesses and consumers on how to respond effectively when in conflict and guide them toward resolution.
- Publish complaints for public viewing on bbb.org.
- Actively participate as a member of the team toward the completion of goals and a positive workplace environment.
- Assist, educate and encourage business leaders to create a marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other.
- Other duties as required.

- Positive and enthusiastic
- Conflict resolution experience.
- Ability to remain neutral and professional in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High tolerance for stress and competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
