We are looking for a **Projects Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant** to join our team and be part of the adventure In this role, you will play a crucial part in our app development project and assist with various workshops and other projects as they arise. If you are extremely organized, have high attention to detail, and enjoy multitasking, we encourage you to apply As an Administrative Assistant, you will also be responsible for efficiently managing inboxes, coordinating senior-level executives' calendars, preparing meeting agendas, and taking detailed meeting notes.

**This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of an extension.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inboxes and respond to communications in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage the calendar for senior-level executives
- Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed meeting notes
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging materials
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
- Assist in research activities related to market trends and industry insights
- Paying invoices and coordinating with bookkeeper

**Requirements**:

- Must be fully vaccinated and possess a valid MB driver's license
- Previous experience in a communications or advertising environment would be an asset
- Experience managing a calendar for senior-level management or executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience with design and websites preferred (Canva, GoDaddy, WordPress)
- Understanding of charities and nonprofit organizations
- Involved in the community through volunteering or community groups
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as within a collaborative team framework
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

**Work Arrangement**:This is an in-person work arrangement.
