YMCA of Greater Toronto’s Employment and Community Programs provide a variety of employment, settlement, and counselling programs to youth and adults throughout the GTA, as well as across the province and the country.

The Program Integrity Data Specialist will support the Employment and Community team by ensuring that program data across multiple programs is accurate and accessible, verifying validity of the information, and ensuring front line staff and supervisors have the tools required to maintain high quality data entry standards. They will prepare and provide reports to various stakeholders across E&C and the Association, highlighting any anomalies, and supporting resolution. They will also support the Manager, Program Integrity with other tasks that support the E&C team, including tracking training across E&C, and participating in annual file audits. The Program Integrity Data Specialist is a strong contributing member of the Employment and Community team, enthusiastic about continuous improvement and opportunities for unit growth.

**In this role, you will**:

- Supports the data integrity of program systems by conducting regular audits to ensuring the data is accurate and consistent, duplicates are removed, and errors are corrected in a timely manner.
- Communicates regularly with frontline staff and supervisors to collect and review data, provides feedback on any data anomalies, and supports their resolution. Tracks accounts on databases, and supports frontline data entry staff and supervisors with queries regarding system issues, reporting needs, and/or questions.
- Identifies and ensures high quality standards of data entry across all programs, supporting data staff and supervisors with any tools or documentation required.
- Provides reporting to Manager on a regular and as needed basis from multiple systems. Collates information from system-generated reports to provide valuable insights for employment team, Supports Manager, on more complex reporting requirements.
- Supports the development and ongoing improvement of E&C database systems, providing feedback and recommendations to the Program Integrity Manager. Reports issues to system vendors or internal IT team as needed, and ensures resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**You bring**:

- University degree preferred or college diploma in social services field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality role
- Excellent data management skills with high degree of accuracy required
- Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work effectively, individually and as part of a team, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of diversity, inclusion and equity including the ability to identify and address barriers, work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and integrate equity into program design
