As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

The Client Action Team, which assists Hatch's pursuit and proposal teams with training, coaching and systems support, is looking for a Client Data Maintenance and Integrity Specialist to assure the accuracy of client data across multiple systems, with a focus on SAP-CRM client records, including Clients, Contacts and Prospects data.

Specifically:

- Work closely with Finance counterparts, to relate net-new SAP-billing clients to SAP-CRM clients
- Perform data validation on existing SAP-CRM client records
- Assure the correct “Account Type” is assigned to all SAP-CRM clients - for existing and new clients
- Convert Prospect records into new CRM clients, based on work won.
- Flag duplicate SAP-CRM Prospect records for removal
- Develop methods for cleansing unused Prospect records
- Create and maintain Key Account Hierarchies (as directed by Key Account Managers)
- Monitor SAP-CRM clients for Key Accounts on an ongoing basis
- Suggest possible hierarchy solutions for non-key Accounts (scalable approach)
- Suggest improvements/ additional automation/safety nets to the existing client creation processes
- Isolate and fill gaps in data maintenance processes to prevent repeat issues

Key skills
- 3-5 years of back-end ERP (SAP preferred) experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests
- Collaborative by nature
- Ability to translate requests/problems from CRM users into actionable steps
- Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements to both technical and functional stakeholders
