It’s in this context that the members of the leadership team, such as **Guylaine, VP Product Development**, passionate about her processes, or **Jean-Philippe, Senior Director of Finance**,** **always focused on data, are looking for a specialist to join **Audrey** in the Continuous Improvement & Quality team. This team, lead by **Benoît**, **Director of Transformation & Organisation Effectiveness**, supports every department in their contribution to Distech Controls’ growth.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

At Distech Controls, the Lean culture and its successes along the years lead **Guylaine**, **Jean-Philippe** and their colleagues from the leadership team to a sincere conviction that improving our processes is a day-to-day commitment and works at every level of the company.

Together, we’re looking for someone ready to
- Analyze and understand any data related to their processes and identify improvement opportunities,
- Support their teams through problem solving and executing lean projects,
- Facilitate collaborative workshops such as Kaizens, Brainstorming or Process Mapping,
- Help process owners in the definition, implementation, and follow-up of their KPIs,
- Train on the Lean toolbox,
- Evaluate and maintain our processes relatively to the ISO9001 norm,
- Be the incarnation of our values of Integrity, Curiosity, Customer Obsessed and Time,
- Transmit Lean culture and passion within Distech Controls
