Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Business Operations Coordinator to support our Administration team. This role involves providing administrative assistance to partners and members of the firm, while also contributing to tax support and practice administration.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with drafting documents, managing files, and performing various administrative tasks as required by the firm.
  • Tax Support: Participate in the preparation of tax returns, memos, and other tax-related documents.
  • Practice Administration Support: Assign and manage codes for employees, assist in updating firm administrative procedures, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

  • Adaptability and Stress Management: Demonstrate adaptability and effective stress management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Language Proficiency: Possess excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CCH Taxprep, Caseware, and Sage50.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
