**Summary**

The Marketing and Enrollment Manager, Partner Support provides full visibility (marketing, enrollment, onboarding) support for the operation and our partners. This role may develop or work with various internal/external teams to identify, communicate, and develop services such as: the design and deployment of partner opportunities, enrollment management, marketing strategy, project and identity management. It will be important to utilize strong enrollment, marketing, onboarding, and communications skills & services to optimize partner relationships.

This position will be allocated to focus on articulating all facets of the acquisition life cycle and its services. This is Management level position which requires industry knowledge and the ability to work independently. They recognize when a decision is needed for problem solving, analyze the situation and make independent recommendations and decisions to the operation and partner.

**General Responsibilities**

**Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Participate in tactical and strategic activities of the assigned team, including media, enrollment, data, and onboarding of learners.
- Analyze reports related to the day-to-day operations and overall productivity of the team to forecast and optimize performance while being aware of risk and partner need.
- Align with Partner Success team on strategic direction of Academic Partner accounts
- Safeguard commitments Pearson makes to our partners, ensuring they are realistic and deliverable while driving growth, goal attainment, and satisfaction
- Stay abreast of new trends in the marketplace that impact the business and specific program teams, and develop codified recommendations supported by data and research, to advance performance.
- Assist program teams in forecasting term enrollments.
- Participate in Marketing and Enrollment management meeting rhythms to understand issues and help develop solutions to maximize team performance.
- Analyze performance weaknesses at the program/partner level. Provide insight into processes to mitigate.
- Supports acquisition projects for various components of the acquisition life cycle or services.
- Prepares & presents materials/findings both internally and externally for the Marketing and Enrollment management area he/she supports.
- Provides Academic Partner insights and strategies which help enable internal & external teams deliver results that exceed objectives.
- Solicits buy-in and alignment from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
- Supports partner and program launch activities and new business development, representing Marketing and Enrollment with transparency and confidence

**General Qualifications**
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution, OR appropriate combination of education and extensive experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a high-performing team in a high-relationship consultative sales process.
- Ability to influence others without direct management oversight
- General knowledge of the higher education industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- An understanding of the end-to-end acquisition process in higher education, specifically online program management.
- Sales management and human relations skills.
- Able to drive performance through the creation of a productive and fun work environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Coordinating the development & deployment of Marketing and Enrollment management collateral
- Experience analyzing and developing externally-focused content, including updates on performance, executive summaries, needs assessments, and end-to-end requirements
- Experience working with and supporting internal/external marketing services ranging from; digital media, consumer insights, messaging, creative, account management, analytics, and identify management.
- Experience with collecting, reviewing, and reporting on Marketing and Enrollment management kpi’s and cultivation campaigns.
