As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-time Financial Service Assistant (FSA) - Personal.

The FSA - Personal assists the Personal Banking team by providing Owner and administrative support, focusing on the accurate and detailed processing of information, forms, and documents. Strong knowledge of personal lending policy and process as well as personal and small business/organization Ownership requirements. Responsible for working closely with all team members to identify and refer opportunities within all segments.

This position is eligible for hybrid work arrangements.

The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Provide regional teams with administrative sales support including documentation, appointment preparation and reports to allow sales team to focus on proactive activity.
Meet the compliance of established Libro and regulatory policies, procedures and processes to effectively and accurately serve Owners.
Makes smart risk decisions that protect our Owners and Libro.
Review new ownerships to ensure compliance.
Support personal lending and small business administrative requirements for completeness and accuracy.
Provide service follow-up to appropriately fulfill Owner needs and expectations.
Develop collaborative relationships with internal teams and business segments to effectively service Owners and grow business.
Work with their Coach to identify activities and set goals to support business plan success.
Contribute to and provides feedback on team business plan for continual improvement and results.

Do you have 1-3 years work experience in customer service? with customer service experience an asset
Previous experience in a financial institution?
The ability to understand business corporate documents with a strong understanding of FINTRAC and FSRA requirements?
