Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate office events and meetings
- Conduct proofreading tasks for various documents
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and Buildertrend
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to work with voip
- Experience in a construction or trades office setting is a plus
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with front desk operations and receptionist duties

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
