**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
- Facilitate client onboarding processes.
- Utilize various computer and technology systems for efficient task management.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Assist in other administrative duties as required to support the team.
- Proven experience in an administrative role. Experience in the financial planning, investment, or insurance sectors will be considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency in computer and technology systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
