Job Description: To provide secretarial and administrative support to a busy hospital based practice.

**Responsibilities**:
Make and confirm appointments

Manage telephone calls

Manage electronic and paper mail

Communicating with other physician offices

Billing & reconciliation

Scheduling surgeries, tests, procedures

Completing insurance and other forms

Managing surgery wait times

Managing consult wait times

Maintain confidential medical records

Filing, file management

Interaction with residents, students
- **Must be COVID vaccinated**_

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
