**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and drive a digitized process using ADP Workforce Now
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage employee data and track recruitment metrics
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Educate managers on recruitment process and provide one on one coaching on interviewing techniques, questions and legislation throughout the interviewing process
- Building strong relationships with management to proactively identify current and upcoming recruitment/staffing needs
- Responsible to ensure the requisition process is being adhered to and ensure all roles have approvals before offers are presented
- Conduct weekly status meetings to update managers and HR business partners of the status of the open positions
- Other projects as assigned

**Mindset, Skills & Education**
- Energetic, eager, tenacious
- Post Secondary education in Human Resource Management, Business or related field plus a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years work experience in a similar role, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system in ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate job offers and navigate salary discussions
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Bilingual English and French would be a definite asset
