**About the Opportunity**

This position is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to Seasonal Impact, which includes, front reception work, payables & receivables, collections, data entry in Sage 50, and facility management. The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day activities of the office, supporting various departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Generate and send sales invoices to clients
- Process vendor, subcontractor, & client invoices and/or payments in Sage and/or Aspire
- Check received AP invoices and statements to ensure they match records in Sage and/or Aspire
- Greet and direct all incoming calls, visitors, and subcontractors during business hours
- General office and reception work to support office staff
- Create positive relationships with staff, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Enter data into the Sage 50 accounting and Aspire system
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, packages, courier services, and other correspondence

**What You Bring to the Table**
- Office Administration Diploma or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of general office procedures, including handling phone calls, managing appointments, organizing files, and handling office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial processes
- Effective time management to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
