**Estimating Coordinator Job Description**

The Estimating Coordinator’s core responsibility is to provide support to the Estimating Department, reporting to the Chief Estimator.
- Administer bid support; prepare required documents
- Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to bid closings
- Assist with creating and sending out bid packages
- Ensuring adequate coverage in all divisions prior to bid closings
- Assisting with the review, saving, printing/pick up of bid documents
- Attend site visits as required
- Update trade contact information regularly
- Scheduling required estimating meetings
- Make necessary phone calls pertinent to projects as needed
- Assist with the closing of projects in office and/or delivering tenders in person, as required

**Skill Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding of construction industry and trades
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in PlanSwift and MS Excel

**Experience**
- 3 years in the commercial construction industry

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
