- We've been in business since 1967 with a reputation for quality and service.
- Our new 80,000 ft2 head office is located at 106 Bay St. in Sturgeon Falls, ON.
- This is close to downtown and some employees take advantage of that to bike or walk to work. We also have free parking and from there all employees have a company vehicle to get to the job sites.
- Schedule and attend site visits to take detailed notes and pictures with the company provided cellular tablet.
- Generate materials and quantity takeoffs, as required.
- Prepare cost estimates based on current productivity rates, materials and rental costs.
- Assist with establishing monitoring system and baseline budget for tracking purposes.
- Prepare pre-start project forms, schedules, permits and information packages for coordination with the field staff supervisor.
- Communicate schedules with clients and ensure their satisfaction of the work.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing invoicing.
- Assist in the maintenance and action of project schedules.
- Read, understand and follow construction drawings, instructions and specifications.
- Assist management in completing various administrative tasks. The type of projects vary to all surface civil construction work in the residential, commercial and mining sectors.**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5 years of related construction experience.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suites (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Presentation, etc.)
- Experience with AutoCad, Trimble, TBC, Procore and BambooHr are all assets.
- Team player and willing to share the work.
- Organized, responsible, open minded, ambitious.
- Good people skills, emotionally intelligent and good negotiator.
- Minimum G2 license
