**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SUMMER - FALL STUDENT)**
We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assitant to join our residential construction company for the summer-fall season of 2023. As an Administrative Assitant, you will be responsible for providing support in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry and develop their administrative skills.

**What You’ll Do**:
- As Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our residential construction company, providing essential support across a range of administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with our team, you'll assist in creating and refining important documents, reports, and records.
- Your project coordination skills will shine as you maintain project files, track deadlines, and support project management.
- With a keen eye for detail, you'll support data entry, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and expenses.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada: Valid work permit, Permanent Resident or Citizen.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation.Our office is not located on a bus route
Ability to commute to the office
- Strong English language skills.
- Being enrolled in a Business Management, Finance, or Administration related program is considered an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Self-initiative and adaptability to changing project needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
