**Who You Are**
- **Excellent at written and verbal communication**: Reports Administrators should possess strong communication skills to effectively convey information through written reports and verbal updates, minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring that everyone is well-informed about report status.

- **Possess an analytical mindset**: Handwritten reports may contain incomplete or inaccurate information, and the ability to identify and rectify these issues, analyze data, and arrive at optimal solutions or seek assistance is necessary.
- **Dedicated to adhering to processes**: Conforming to established processes is paramount in this position. The capacity to adhere to report writing, tracking, and archiving processes is indispensable.

**What You’ll Do**
- Receive handwritten reports from technicians and verify data completeness by communicating with technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Create, sustain, and revise various inspection reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of reports.
- Archive reports in both electronic and physical formats, with careful attention to naming conventions.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat templates to transcribe inspection reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand report requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain a record of completed reports in our reports spreadsheet.
- Serve as a backup for reception duties, including welcoming walk-in clients and vendors, handling phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.
- Fulfill other administrative responsibilities as needed.

**What You Need**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to type at least 70 WPM.
- **STRONG** attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**

**Wage**

$19 - $24/hr depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
