Flair Airlines is currently seeking a permanent, full-time **SOCC Administrator** to join our growing and ever-changing organization. The SOCC Administrator is responsible to the Senior Manager SOCC and Planning as well as the Chief Dispatcher to ensure administrative functions and reporting are completed in a timely manner.

The SOCC Administrator will be based out of Edmonton, Alberta (YEG), and will be required to work a standard work schedule. Weekends and night shifts are not planned but may be required from time to time.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **SOCC Administrator **include:

- Compile weekly slot usage reports for all slot-controlled airports.
- Track daily completion rates and collate cancellations of slots to ensure compliance with historic slot programs
- Compile Monthly landing reports for all US stations
- Complete DOT and T-100 reporting Monthly
- NOC/NFP support portal management - to include entering tickets, responding to tickets, and forwarding on resolutions to department heads
- NOC/NFP updates and releases - Ensure a review of the release notes is completed and any relevant information is submitted to departments for testing
- Weekly Expensify reports for Amex charges
- Weekly hotel cost reporting including Invoice reconciliation
- Block time / Turn time reporting
- Taxi time reporting and entering into Software
- Scheduling FAM Flights
- Phone System Contact Management
- Entering Fuel prices into NFP
- SOCC Training and qualification management
- Review Captain Reports for anomalies and direct to department heads
- Pro Mapp Management for SOCC
- Assist with OTP reporting

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- High school or GED equivalent.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-stress, deadline-driven, ever-changing work environment while prioritizing tasks and assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain an organized workflow.
- Strong communications skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Make effective** **decisions regarding scheduling and customer requirements for charters and other flights.
- Previous Airline Operations Centre or Airport Operations experience is an asset.
- Clear criminal record check
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Other Requirements**:

- Must be very flexible and willing to prioritize Flair's work schedule.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance is required.
