**Job Summary**
- The School of Health and Human Performance is situated within the Faculty of Health. The school offers both undergraduate and graduate programs in Health Promotion, Kinesiology and Recreation and Leisure studies. Reporting to the Administrative Manager, the Administrative Secretary provides support to four undergraduate programs in the School of Health & Human Performance, Faculty of Health, and also provides administrative assistance to two Internship Coordinators and the School’s Administrative Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as main reception for the School at the designated hub. Greet and assist visitors, students and faculty. Respond to inquiries and redirect as necessary.
- Maintain content (written and images) for school website.
- Provide administrative support for local, national and international student internships for Health Promotion, Recreation Management and Therapeutic Recreation, including liaising with the Internship Coordinators for annual Internship Handbook review, coordinating a student internship preparation seminar and processing student internship forms.
- Provide administrative support to all School of Health & Human Performance undergraduate program events.

**Note**
- The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Business/Office Administrative program with approximately three to five years’ related experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Strong communication skills (receiving and conveying messages effectively with tact and professionalism).
- The ability to work with staff/faculty/students in a respectful and professional manner.

**Assets**
- Experience in a university or similarly complex environment.
