**Qualifications et expérience**:
Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de dactylographie et de transcription, et vous maîtrisez les produits de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Vous avez une connaissance pratique des transactions financières, de la facturation, des comptes créditeurs et du travail avec les fournisseurs. Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.

Pour occuper ce poste, vous devez faire preuve d'initiative et travailler de façon efficace avec une supervision mínimale dans un environnement stimulant en constante évolution. Vous faites preuve d'une grande autonomie et vous savez utiliser vos compétences en matière d'organisation, d'administration et de relations interpersonnelles. Vous utiliserez fréquemment vos compétences en communication efficace et votre capacité d'interagir avec les autres membres du personnel, les membres de la profession juridique, les hauts fonctionnaires du gouvernement, la magistrature, les fournisseurs et les membres du public. La connaissance du système judiciaire est un atout.

**About Our Opportunity**:
In this role, you provide secretarial and administrative support to the Court Administrator of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Family Division).

This includes:

- Responding to inquiries from clients, stakeholders, the legal community, judiciary, and outside agencies and vendors.
