**Job Description**:
The Human Resources Administrator is involved in supporting the Human Resources and Payroll teams in various tasks. This role will act as main contact for Ontario union and social organizations.
- Assisting in hourly applicant screening and tracking
- Admin tasks and special projects to support payroll group
- Coordinate and communicate with social organizations
- Liaise between union and employees
- Communicate benefits information to office and field staff, respond to inquiries
- Assist in Ontario based recruitment, social organization and branding events
- Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders from various departments including Human Resources, Indigenous Strategies, Social Organization, Innovations and Operations.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience required
- Union experience an asset (specifically CLAC)
- Experience working in MS suites
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Able to work in a team based environment with multiple stakeholders
- Some travel within Ontario as needed
