Title: Content Marketing Manager, Product Marketing

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

This hands-on role comes with a high degree of autonomy and will require you to work alongside cross-functional, project-based teams with various internal stakeholders including: executives, sales, marketing, product management, operations and more.

What you’ll do:

- Build strong relationships with product management, marketing and sales to fully understand SOTI’s products and value propositions - then aligning your content development accordingly
- Improve existing content from planning, through execution, to measuring success
- Work with shared services (i.e., campaign development/deployment, content marketing, event marketing, PR, legal, website, etc.) to create compelling content with a focus on ROI from a digital marketing lens
- Transform customer deliverables (provided by marketing) into content that delivers value to customers and prospects
- Curate and drive the timely development of world class content for SOTI, including: blogs, articles, presentations, multimedia copy, webinars and videos
- Create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive timely execution
- Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor initiatives to keep messaging, content and tools up to date

What you’ll bring:

- Mobile device experience is an asset, technical knowledge is highly preferred
- You have experience curating and creating written content in a business setting
- Excellent writing and editing skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- You are a graduate with a degree in Journalism, English, Professional Writing, Communications, or related discipline. Post-Graduate in Public Relations Certificate an asset.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-Motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced global organization
- Ability to work flexible hours
