**About the Role**:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic bridge between our telematics solutions and the market, crafting and executing targeted campaigns that drive engagement, adoption, and value for Zenduit products. Your role will be essential in aligning our marketing initiatives with evolving customer needs, enhancing our competitive edge, and amplifying our position as a leading telematics solution provider.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Zenduit’s telematics solutions.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage content for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Work with a digital marketing team to drive awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Establish messaging that highlights product benefits and differentiators.
- Provide insights to inform product development and feature prioritization.
- Develop go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Provide insights into customer stories and user journeys
**Results**:
Description of what success looks like in this role:
- Drive a 15% increase in product engagement and user acquisition.
- Develop 3-4 successful go-to-market strategies within the first year.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings of 4.5+ through targeted messaging.
- Generate at least 20% growth in leads through product campaigns.
- Achieve measurable improvements in product adoption rates.
- Define customer feedback loop strategy
- Define dashboards to understand customer engagement metrics on products
**Requirements**:
- 0-3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or telematics.
- Understanding of telematics and SaaS business models.
- Experience with digital marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in EST time zone and based in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach to marketing.
- Ability to conduct engaging and insightful customer interviews
- Ability to recruit users for testing
