Business Development Associate

**Responsabilités clés**:
- Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein de l'industrie des matériaux de construction, y compris les architectes, les entrepreneurs, les promoteurs et les distributeurs, grâce à des efforts proactifs de prospection et d'établissement de relations.
- Effectuer des recherches et des analyses de marché pour identifier les tendances émergentes, les besoins des clients et les menaces concurrentielles, et utiliser ces informations pour développer des stratégies de vente ciblées et des propositions de valeur.
- Cultiver des relations solides et durables avec les principaux décideurs et influenceurs au sein des comptes cibles, et agir en tant que conseiller de confiance en comprenant leurs défis uniques et en fournissant des solutions sur mesure.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et marketing pour développer des supports de vente convaincants, des présentations et des propositions, et communiquer efficacement la proposition de valeur des produits et services de Renostone.
- Générer des prospects et des opportunités qualifiées grâce à des activités de génération de leads, des événements de réseautage, des salons professionnels et des recommandations, et gérer le pipeline de vente pour assurer un suivi et une conclusion opportuns.
- Rester informé des réglementations de l'industrie, des codes du bâtiment et des normes environnementales, et assurer la conformité avec les exigences pertinentes dans toutes les activités commerciales.
