**Role Summary**:
Reporting directly to Director, Corporate Communications, the Coordinator, Corporate Communications will support all of OEG’s corporate communications including strategy, content, graphics and processes. This role will be responsible for liaising with all departments across OEG to gather information and produce communications to be distributed internally and externally, with a high level of accuracy and detail.

The Coordinator, Communications will also be responsible to support departments across the organization and assist with their corporate communications needs to help enhance OEG’s image, brand and reputation.

**Core Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for the organization’s internal and external communications
- Liaises with all departments within OEG to assist with communications needs
- Assist in corporate communications functions across the organization including delivery of services to all other departments including media kits, advisories, releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, briefing notes, media plans, etc.
- Works closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders on proactively and timely sharing of key information.
- Refines core messaging to ensure organizational consistency and alignment with OEG culture and brand in all aspects of communication
- Edits content from all OEG departments, brands and properties
- Other duties as assigned

**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Post-Secondary Degree in Communications or related field is preferred
- 3-5 Years of Experience in a Communications or similar role is required
- Proven experience working in a corporate communications environment
- Ability to work with a dynamic group of individuals in many different departments and prioritize communications
- Requires strong interpersonal skills and must be comfortable communicating with a variety of people on a daily basis, both in-person and over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual with ambition to produce creative content
- Exceptional business and creative writing skills
- Expects high quality performances from self and others
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
- Results driven, with ability to deliver on priorities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of poise and professionalism
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
