**What do you offer?**
Reporting to the Manager, Philanthropy and Community Engagement, the Donor Relations and Stewardship Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts by processing donations, maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge, and responding to donor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This position is responsible for managing data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all donor records, and generating reports to inform fundraising strategies. The Coordinator will liaise with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reconciliation of donations and financial reporting. The Coordinator will also oversee stewardship activities, including sending acknowledgment letters, managing donor communications such as newsletters, and ensuring donors receive regular updates on the impact of their contributions.
**Some of the tasks of this position include**:
- Supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts by processing donations, maintaining accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge, and responding to donor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing data, ensuring accuracy and integrity in donor records, and generating reports to inform fundraising strategies.
- Liaising with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reconciliation of donations and financial reporting.
- Overseeing stewardship activities, including sending acknowledgement letters, managing donor communications, and ensuring donors receive regular updates on the impact of their contributions.
- Interpreting donor trends, analyzing data for reports, and collaborating with other departments for proactive problem identification to ensure the success of fundraising efforts.

**Education**
- Post-secondary education in fundraising, non-profit management, communications or marketing, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
**Language**
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
**Experience, Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in donor relations, fundraising, or non-profit development
