Business Development Manager

**What is the Opportunity?**
**What will you do?**
**Business Development for Events**:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to give sponsorship in sectors such as live concerts, malls, stand-up comedy, fashion shows, sports events, etc.
- Develop tailored strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through innovative event-based marketing solutions.
**Design and Creative Services**:
- Get clients for creative design retainerships, TV commercials (TVC), brand campaigns, logo and brand identity creation, graphic design support, digital creative support, AR & VR initiatives, etc.
**Celebrity Endorsement**:
- Pitch and negotiate with celebrities for strategic brand endorsements and partnerships.
- Facilitate collaborations between brands and influencers to amplify marketing impact.
**Marketing Strategy and Implementation**:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
**Collaboration and Leadership**:
- Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to produce compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work alongside senior management to align business development efforts with overarching company goals and objectives.
**Industry Expertise**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging best practices in marketing and advertising.
- Utilize market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the business development function.
**Must Have**:
- 3+ years proven experience in business development, preferably within the events, creative design, or entertainment industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract closures.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a keen eye for market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
