As Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing all transactions involving branch equipment sales. Perform clerical duties for the equipment department and maintain equipment inventory control.

Role Expectations

Process all orders received from equipment specialists, branch representatives and all customers.

Maintain an appropriate inventory of equipment pieces.

Identify the ideal source for ordering equipment, prepare purchase orders as needed and maintain purchase order files.

Prepare quotes on document.

Verify orders received with appropriate purchase order, update files, prepare equipment for delivery or installation.

Receive calls from customers regarding prices or detailed information.

Generate invoices and financial documents required by the customer.

Receive all equipment into our IT systems upon receipt.

Process customer credits/returns.

Return defective or surplus items to manufacturers for credit.

Keep a complete and up-to-date record of all equipment purchased by a customer.

Responsible for obtaining all necessary items to complete equipment order, ensure a trouble-free installation.

Carry out a dental office assessment.

Answer service calls if necessary.

Check orders received from manufacturers with the warehouse manager to ensure accuracy against items ordered.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

**Job qualifications**:
College diploma in management or accounting, or related experience.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Motivated, team-oriented individual.

Sales experience in the dental field.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel).

Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate effectively with our internal and external customers.

En tant que coordonnateur (trice) d’équipement, vous serez responsable de l’implantation de toutes les transactions impliquant les ventes d’équipements de la succursale. Accomplir des tâches cléricales pour le département de l’équipement et maintenir un contrôle de l’inventaire de l’équipement.

**Fonctions essentielles**:
Traiter toutes les commandes reçues des spécialistes de l'équipement, des représentants de la succursale et de tous les clients.

Maintenir un inventaire adéquat des pièces d'équipement.

Déterminer la source idéale pour commander l'équipement, préparer les bons d'achat au besoin et tenir à jour les filières des bons d'achat.

Préparer les soumissions sur document.

Vérifier la commande reçue avec le bon d'achat, tenir à jour les filières, préparer l'équipement à être livré ou installé.

Recevoir les appels des clients concernant les prix ou des informations détaillées.

Générer la facturation et les documents financiers requis pour le client.

Recevoir dans nos systèmes informatiques tous les équipements dès leur réception.

Traiter les crédits/retours des clients.

Retourner les items défectueux ou en surplus aux manufacturiers pour être crédités.

Garder un dossier complet et à jour de tous les équipements achetés par un client.

Responsable d'obtenir les items nécessaires pour compléter la commande d'équipement, assurer une installation sans problème.

Faire l'évaluation de bureau dentaire.

Répondre aux appels de service si nécessaire.

Vérification avec le responsable de l'entrepôt des commandes reçues des manufacturiers pour en assurer l'exactitude par rapport aux items commandés.

Exécuter toutes autres tâches qui lui sont assignées.

**Formation et compétences**:
Diplôme d'études collégiales en gestion ou en comptabilité, ou expériences connexes.

Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité de travailler de façon autonome.

Travailleur motivé ayant un bon esprit d'équipe.
