Electrical Construction Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and oversee electrical construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Develop and manage project schedules for electrical work.
- Inspect and test electrical systems and installations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Lead and train teams on safe electrical practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to electrical systems and schedules.
**Education and Experience**:
- Electrical Trade background, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction coordination or electrical superintendent roles, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Familiarity with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- QA/QC experience would be considered an asset.
