Senior Electrical Site Coordinator

Rising Edge Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Site Coordinator to join our team. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage and oversee all daily on-site construction activities.
About the RoleAs a Senior Electrical Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading on-site crew while ensuring project construction is executed effectively and within budget. You will also be responsible for submitting timesheets for your crew in a timely manner, being the main point of contact for the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure crew timesheets are completed and submitted daily
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to meet project construction timelines through efficient use of on-site resources
- Maintain quality of workmanship as per design documents
- Mentor and train job-site crew in adopting a culture of safety
- Work closely with the project manager and client to review and obtain closure to all RFIs and COs
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Degree in Construction Management or related field or Journeyman PSE/Electrician designation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in medium to high-voltage substation construction
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, project scheduling, cost and quality control, engineering drawings
