**About The Role**

The** Electrical Coordinator** reports directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for providing assistance to senior staff in the creation of Electrical components of estimates including quantities, costing and sub-trade analysis for presentation and final review of major items.

As an Electrical Coordinator you will:_**
- Work with the Project Manager to establish a cost reporting system for all project components, including: excavation, backfill, cable tray, cable, electrical equipment, lighting systems, instrumentation and process control systems
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly labour, equipment, material and subtrade costs. Monitors cost accruals and reviews with the Project Manager on a regular basis
- Monitor and update schedules on a regular basis, with the assistance of the Project Manager and Senior Project Coordinators. Review and monitor actual construction vs. schedule
- Assist with the drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change order
- Maintain all QA/QC documentation, maintains records of all testing and inspections
- Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions, attends all regular meetings
- Ensure that all technical aspects of the work conform to all applicable codes and standards
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately
- Assist with the completion of estimates, estimate reviews and costing

To be Successful at Graham, you will have the following qualifications and experience:_**
- Electrical degree or diploma
- Previous construction experience working on Electrical components of large, complex industrial projects
- Good communication, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in a Windows environment
