**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and carriers.
- Coordinate with sales and shop floor to prioritize orders and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick ups and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments as required.
- Perform manual labour as required to support production.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma required, post secondary education is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- 1-2 years of experience as a general labourer.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word, and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow task to completion
- Ability to organize and execute work in a demanding environment
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50lbs.
