**Job Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine the nature of their visit; directing them to the correct department or individual
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct caller to appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message
- Perform light accounting duties such as accounts payable, cash transactions, deposits and receivables
- Administer and manage inbound and outbound mail
- Assist with data entry as needed
- Provide other general clerical support to the dealership as required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, upbeat attitude to make a positive first impression
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior administrative and/or reception experience with some basic accounting experience is preferred
