Black & McDonald's Southern Ontario Service team is growing If you are searching for the opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career, this position is for you. The Administrator is located in Toronto (GTA), ON and reports directly to the Manager, Client Services & Key Accounts.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Internal and external client reporting and engagement
- Management of client base maintenance agreements and setup of new maintenance agreements
- Manage both hard and soft copies of client Maintenance Agreements
- Procurement within the division with regards to approvals and processes related to Maintenance contracts
- Facilitate Monthly Contract Renewals and Contract Performance Reporting
- Facilitate service agreement amendments and service agreement revisions
- Perform monthly Gross Margin forecasting
- Create and issue contract invoices, coordinate and issue invoice credits and cancellations
- Investigate and provide solutions to client inquiries
- Reporting both internally and externally pertaining to contract SLAs and KPIs for key accounts
- Assist with registration of new Vendor Management systems and facilitate transactions as needed
- Conduct and management of Client Feedback Surveys
- Coordinate & manage subcontractors
- Manage WSIB & insurance certificates for clients & subcontractors
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management

**SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of service management systems.
- JDE experience an asset.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals.
- Proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking, strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
- Problem solving and innovation.
- Professional, friendly, exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- University or college degree in business administration an asset.

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years relevant experience in a related environment.

- Effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Own vehicle/full G driver's license
