**Company description**

We are looking for someone who can work 3 shifts per week, on Monday-Wednesday-Friday. The hours are from 11:30am until 6:30pm.

We are 2 practitioners, and work opposite schedules to one another. The clinic hours between the 2 practitioners total about 40-45 hours per week, which will be shared between 2 part-time administrative assistants.

Ors/week.

**Job description**

Preferred work experience: receptionist/administrative assistant, customer service work.

**Required skills**:

- French and English speaking, reading and writing
- Communication with customers (being able to explain certain concepts to patients, answering chiropractic-related questions, elaborating on certain points when talking to a customer, etc.)
- Multi-tasking and ability to do fast-paced work (ex: answering the phone while collecting a payment, greeting a patient while booking an appointment, etc.)
- Organization
- Problem-solving and initiative
- Respect of established work procedures (how to open and close the clinic, how to explain certain concepts to patients, how to book patients appropriately, etc.)
