**Your Impact***:
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be instrumental in collaborating with key Cisco Partners to grow a profitable business centered around Cisco solutions. You will play a crucial role in developing strategic and tactical partner business plans aligned with Cisco goals. Your efforts will guide partner business transformation and promote strong value propositions, driving incremental revenue for both Cisco and the Partner.
- Collaborate with Cisco Partners to grow a profitable business centered around Cisco solutions.
- Develop and execute long-range strategic and tactical partner business plans aligned with Cisco's goals.
- Educate Partners on positioning Cisco solutions against competitors and identifying market trends.
- Build trust and credibility with Partner sales teams to increase engagement with Cisco solutions.
- Mentor by example and collaborate across Cisco and Partner teams to implement effective growth plans.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience working with Service Providers and/or a Partner in the Technology Industry.
- Proven ability to establish relationships at different levels and gain consensus across Cisco and Partners.
- Successful development and execution of Business Plans that aligns Partners' key initiatives with Cisco's priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage channel landscape plans across all segments (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise, Public Sector) and partner types (direct, indirect, distributors).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Business knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies, Services, Customer License Adoption (CSM), Software and Subscription sales, Service Providers, Managed Services, and different partner business models.
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills in English.

- Vous avez 8 ans d’expérience de travail avec des fournisseurs de services ou un partenaire dans le secteur des technologies.
- Vous avez à cœur de créer des relations à différents niveaux, d’arriver à un consensus, d’établir rapidement votre crédibilité et de gagner la confiance des équipes issues des différents domaines de Cisco et des partenaires.
