Manager, Partner Experience

**THE ROLE**
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Manager of Partner Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting ambitious goals, leading a high-performing team, and defining impactful KPIs. We are in search of a leader that is excited to drive the success of our Chair community. Reporting to the Director of Partner Experience & Administration, you will maximize your team’s performance while collaborating with other leaders to achieve our shared goal: accelerating the growth and development of Canadian business leaders. You will be responsible for overseeing the teams that recruit new TEC Chairs as well as the team that supports Chairs through their chairing journey.
TEC Chairs are based nationally across Canada and their role is to implement our unique peer advisory model to accelerate the growth and development of evolving leaders across Canada.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Chair Recruitment & Relations**
- Oversee the Chair Support supervisor and team, ensuring exceptional service and support for all our Chairs.
- Lead the Chair recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout.
- Analyze and refine tactics based on market intelligence and evolving business needs.
- Refine and implement department tools, resources, and procedures, including sales playbooks, scripting, and communication cadences.
- Continuously improve the recruitment cycle to achieve better outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Brand team on lead generation initiatives to support Chair recruitment efforts.
**People Management**
- Assist in setting targets, performance plans, and KPIs for Chair recruiters, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide coaching through regular one-on-one meetings and impromptu support on calls to enhance team performance.
- Plan and lead team meetings that are motivating, informative, and skill-building.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and nurture a high-performing team that embodies company values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chairs to foster a partner experience that drives mutual success.
**Operational**
- Collaborate as a key member of the management team to ensure the company meets its annual objectives.
- Partner with Finance and Leadership to ensure that the compensation structure is both competitive and motivational, while supporting the financial goals of the business.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business, market, and competitive differentiators.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, giving input to strategic action plans to achieve targeted results.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar relevant field preferred.
- Proven background in sales and/or recruitment management with demonstrated success.
- Experience managing sales targets, overseeing budgets, and conducting forecasting.
- Strong competence in analyzing market trends, sales metrics, and competitor activities.
- Proven ability to deliver results and motivate a team to exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with sales technology and CRM systems.
