Sales Development Executive

and medium-sized businesses. As a result of our sustained expansion, GrantMatch is currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Executive to join our remote team.

**Overview of Role**

**Role Specific Responsibilities**
- Organize, promote, and execute sales meetings via phone, web-meeting, or face-to-face
- Sales inbound via strategic partnerships
- Direct sales to French-speaking companies (SMEs) in Quebec and other primarily French-speaking regions
- Triage of general inbound sales calls and meetings that come through the GrantMatch website
- Building strong rapport with business owners, managers, and high-level executives
- Development of weekly status reports and more comprehensive quarterly reports related to strategic partnerships; providing feedback to management regarding effectiveness of sales processes
- Enrollment of organizations interested in receiving GrantMatch communications
- Reviewing leads originating from strategic partnerships and following up on promising leads
- Assistance with the creation of sales and marketing documents for strategic partnerships, with a focus on French
- General outbound sales not related to strategic partnerships, as needed
- Adherence to strict confidentiality requirements and corporate guidelines

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Strong experience with bilingual (English & French) cold calling and incoming call management
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to nurture strong client relationships
- Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude, able to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Strong drive to meet set goals in a fast-paced, innovation-focused work environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and communication (written, oral, and group presentation) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English and French
- Working knowledge of government grants and incentives, as well as finance, is an asset
- Knowledge of HubSpot or SalesForce, as well as LinkedIn, is an asset

**Education**
- Business/Finance Associate Degree or College Diploma (preferred)
- Sales Experience: 2 years + (preferred)
