Job Summary:

- Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Track and report on sales performance metrics

**Skills**:

- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Solid understanding of Transportation and Carrier Industries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree
- three years experience in 3 PL and other transportation industries
- More than three years of experience from prospecting to closing the negotiation.
