**As a Paid Media Manager, you will**:

- Build and manage paid search campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Alludo’s portfolio of brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, ecommerce, and product, to align paid media strategies with business objectives and goals.
- Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to negotiate and secure advantageous agreements.
- Monitor spend and performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize ROI.
- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to monitor and analyze campaign performance and effectiveness.

**What YOU bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, advertising technologies, and media analytics.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficient in media analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The following are not required, though definitely nice to have:

- Experience leading paid media strategy for ecommerce brands.
- Experience leveraging paid media to market to niche audiences such as developers & designers.
