**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**: Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies that align with clients' business objectives. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their needs and goals.
- **Ads Management on Social Media**: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and other relevant channels.
- **Keyword Research and Selection**:Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and ensure effective targeting.
- **Ad Creation and Optimization**: Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and landing pages. Continuously test and optimize ad creatives to improve performance and click-through rates (CTR).
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor spend and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
- **A/B Testing**: Implement A/B testing strategies to determine the most effective ad formats, messaging, and targeting options.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other advertising metrics. Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals that capture the target audience's attention.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
