**About CVO**:
The number **ONE** job for the College is to regulate the delivery of veterinary medicine in Ontario. In serving the public interest, the College seeks to understand the risks involved in the practice of veterinary medicine and collaborates with partners to develop solutions which reduce the potential harm to animals and people.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Provide administrative support to the Accreditation Department
- Forecast and assign inspections
- Issue renewal letters and prepare correspondence relating to inspections
- Prepare committee meetings and hearing material and participate in relevant meetings
- Schedule dates, meeting room set up, and catering including updating committee members
- Perform receptionist duties as required
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills and ability to communicate in a professional and engaging manner
- Proactive approach to work and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to create solutions for complex problems
- Knowledge and ability to work within a legislative framework and/or policy driven organization
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, MS Teams
- Data entry skills with demonstrated speed and accuracy

**Required education and skills background**:

- College Diploma with a preference for a post-secondary degree or diploma in business or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative position supporting senior executives in their full scope of work
- Familiarity with processes for determining and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials
