**Overview**

Bensol Consulting currently has a part-time opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This role will report to the Operations and Administrative Lead and is responsible for working with our staff and clients to ensure our client’s needs are met regarding their group benefits and office processes are implemented to aid Advisors. The Administrative Assistant will manage client communications, update CRM database, assist with day-to-day administration inquiries and functions.

**Job Duties**:
Client Service
- Assist clients/plan administrators with enrollment/termination of new members, claims processing inquiries, and other administrative needs.
- Assist with the insurance carrier implementation process for new clients.
- Work with administrative systems.
- Manage and update client contact records in ZOHO (CRM) and communicate changes to clients, carriers and staff.
- Manage calendar and meeting preparation.
- Run general reports.
- Field administrative inquiries.
- Work harmoniously with staff to support and provide a great customer service experience.

Client Contact Management
- Maintaining and update ZOHO CRM contact management system.
- Assist with new client file administration process.
- Assist with general compliance regulations.
- Maintaining and updating client filing system.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

- 1-2 years administrative experience in an office is an asset.
- Completed post secondary education is an asset.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office & Outlook is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Excellent customer service skills and computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, results oriented and strong team player, possess a high level of initiative.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment is an asset.
