**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced down to earth leader who is both humble & highly motivated to build on our momentum & growth. You possess the technical (hardware, or software, or product development) knowledge, are a keen problem solver with excellent follow through, a passionate people developer and you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our team of creatives. This position offers a dynamic, people centric, diverse work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for leading, mentoring & coaching a team as well as oversee product management/ development.
- Support operational efforts & bring a keen business acumen.
- Foster & continue to develop our team of creative engineers, product development and technical support.
- Create & implement pro-active measures to facilitate product related initiatves.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical) & an MBA is an asset.
- Individuals with direct leadership having a min of 5 direct reports experience required. (This is not a project management position)
- Exceptional people skills, ability to adapt & be flexible, strong emotional intelligence, and a pro-active mindset.
- Proven leadership expertise with a team of direct reports min. 5 yrs experience.
- Experience in industries such as IT, Manufacturing, Engineering are a strong asset.
- Experience in software or hardware development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105,651.70-$135,679.46 per year
