**Description**:
The Technical Product Manager will have overall responsibility for the project/sprint planning and system audits processes and will work closely with the technical development team, other IT teams and Product Management.
**Responsibilities**:
Technical Leadership
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools in partnership with Solution Architect and Development Lead.
- Align with Product Management team to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
Project Management
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among team members.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
- Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes.
- Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
