**Payroll and Human Resources Officer**:
**Location**: 1 Permanent Full-Time (Non-Union) Position in Cornwall, Ontario

**Salary**: $57,111.60 to $65,993.20 annually

**Description of Job**:
The individual will be responsible for payroll administration and will support the Human Resources department, providing service effectively and efficiently. S/he will also perform a variety of accounting, budget and reporting functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate from a two-year post-secondary training in an accounting program.
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification through The National Payroll Institute.
- Three years payroll experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Excellent knowledge of and proficiency in all aspects of payroll and basic accounting principles and practices.
- Good knowledge and understanding of provincial and federal legislation and labour regulations, the Employment Standards Act and collective agreements.
- Good communication skills in English and French considered an asset.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and the use of an automobile.
