**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in and coordinate business development efforts with IRIS strategic and industry partners such as the Global Infrastructure Hub, International Road Federation and others
- Perform business development, identify leads, attend client marketing meetings and industry events
- Participate in the development and execution of the Roads + Highways Sector Strategic Plan through the identification of potential markets, clients, and opportunities
- Play a key role in the “Go/No-Go” decision making process for pursuits
- Supervise, mentor, coordinate, provide guidance and assistance and review the work of project team members
- Be responsible for the successful completion of projects under his/her direction and lead project team(s) in design, approvals, and tender preparation as required
- Provide leadership and project management expertise on roadway infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients and teaming partners
- Effectively manage client expectations and assure client satisfaction related to projects
- Effectively manage and perform scope, schedule, budget, and quality control project management functions consistent with IRIS policies

Qualifications:

- Existing relationships with road, toll and tunnel operators
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Client focused, and a strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks
- Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Fluency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, 365, Sharepoint)

**Salary**: $67,236.44-$224,168.23 per year
