We are searching for an entrepreneurial, ambitious, and energetic Business Development professional to join our team. Aside from being an excellent hunter, the Business Development Representative will be an outstanding communicator and team player who owns the sales cycle.
Led by an ambitious and visionary owner, Treewalk has quadrupled in size over the past three years. So far, 100% of our growth has come from client referrals; we have never had anyone in a sales position before. With the right Business Development person on our team, we think the possibilities are endless Could you help us grow 10x within a 2-year period? Be a part of this incredible growth story.
**Responsibilities**
- Grow our client base
We could have put another dozen or so “responsibilities”, but at the end of the day, we are looking for a new teammate that can help us grow our business. Everything else around that is noise.
**Requirements and skills**
- You were amongst the top of your peers in previous sales jobs
We have an exceptional team that has plenty of experience with onboarding new clients and executing on their accounting needs, and we are confident that you will be proud to work here. We’re ready to grow, and we need your expertise to propel us forward. We don’t care so much WHAT you were selling in previous sales roles, but we are looking for someone that can hit the ground running with no training. We’re looking for someone who self-starts, self-motivates, and so someone who wants to win. Your input will correlate directly with what you take away. We have a stellar team, we do great work, and now we just need someone to get the word out.
The base salary for this role is $40,000 per year, OTE $100,000 per year. Commission is 5% of sales. With Treewalk, your benefits will start on your first day of work.
