Basic Accounting, Database management, Data entry,
- Filing and record-keeping Invoicing clients and taking payments
- Recording and filing vendor bills and receipts.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including **Excel**, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Accounting Software such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, in Chinese and English.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize.
- Positive approach to problem solving. Exhibits strong problem-solving and is both pro-active and a critical thinker. Exhibits ability to provide coaching and possesses conflict management skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills. Flexible and open to change.
- Able to prepare the required documents and report to the financial supervisor on time.

**Formal Education and Experience**:
1. Post-secondary diploma or certificate required in a relevant field

2. Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

3. Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

4. Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
